PURPOSE
Provide opportunities for entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience in different functional areas in order to broaden knowledge of publishing and fast forward careers!

DESCRIPTION
A 12 to 18 month entry-level rotational program where the employee will have the opportunity to participate within one of the following areas: Adult, Children’s Publishing (including but not limited to Editorial, Publicity, Marketing, Subsidiary Rights, and Managing Editorial), Digital, or Corporate Communications.

ELIGIBILITY
College degree, high energy, previous work experience, strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills, leadership and organizational abilities, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, internet and desire to learn more about the publishing industry.
