Arpita Anand is a psychologist with over two decades of international experience. She is a part of path-breaking research in global mental health in the field of depression.
She has been instrumental in the development of a specialised psychological intervention for depression that has been scientifically proven to be effective in the management of moderate to severe depression. Specialising in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Arpita provides counselling services to people with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and bereavement, and work stress, among others. She has trained and worked in London, and at the Bellevue Hospital, New York, and is currently based in Dubai.
