For the first time in this series, Quart presents architects from Belgium, where a consistently high standard of building culture was produced in the 1990s. Henk De Smet and Paul Vermeulen are important representatives of that movement. To this day, they have produced an impressive, high-quality oeuvre. Their works include townhouses, residential and office buildings and a wide range of public buildings.
