"Navigating Your Next offers both a mirror and a map: it helped me reflect on the fulfillment and happiness of a long career and provides the frameworks and inspiration to support others as they navigate their own journeys.

As I look back on a long career and watch my children begin theirs, I’m reminded how essential it is to define success on your own terms. Navigating Your Next captures that beautifully. It teaches that happiness is not a finish line, but a habit of perspective.

Navigating Your Next reflects lessons I’ve lived: the measure of a life and career isn’t the ladder you climb, but the meaning you make along the way. This is a rare book that helps professionals reconnect achievement with joy and guides seasoned executives to help others.

I’ve spent decades surrounded by high achievers and learned that accomplishment and contentment don’t always arrive together. This book is a thoughtful reminder that success is internal before it is external. It’s a guide for anyone ready to move from striving to savoring."
