CHAPTER ONE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE
What is the worst nightmare you’ve ever had?
Was it one of those dreams where you’re taking a test but you forgot to study for it? And you don’t just get a big, fat zero. You get a negative score.

What if, instead of waking up and being safe and snug in your own bed, your bad dreams all came true when you woke up?
When you live in the town of Kersville like I do, anything goes. Here, if your good dreams can come true, your bad dreams can come true too.
Yeah, not so safe and snug anymore.
If you really want to hear about my scariest nightmare ever, I’d better start at the beginning. Back to the night when all those sweet dreams turned into sweet screams.…
