SENSUALITY
Sensuality: The enjoyment, expression, and embodiment of the absolute fulfillment of the senses in conscious union with the Divine.
Sensuality is a way of living that we may have temporarily forgotten but have not lost. It is a delicious, sumptuous feminine expression of joy. Sensuality is a deep-seated appreciation of being human and a full body participation in the adventures of life and love. It is how your soul and body move through your worlds and relationships--in play, delight, and appreciation.
Sensuality is not only sexuality, though it does include that expression. Sensuality as a whole is more subtle, more refined, and much more delicate. It is a way of living that is consistently expressing its delight throughout every aspect of life. It is the Goddess in Love with all of Her creation, living her ecstasy through you, AS you.
There is a practice known as Yab-Yum which is a full-body initiation that is designed to connect, then unify each soul with God in all His/Her qualities. This delightful, deep penetration of love and consciousness (Feminine and Masculine) is the perfect way to awaken, deepen, and expand your sensuality.
The Sacred Marriage practice of Yab-Yum is seen as the final stage of enlightenment through which both man and woman can fully heal into Presence, giving, and love. This can only truly be done between two partners who are self-responsible, dedicated, and sincere; who love each other truly; and who are ready to dive further into the depths and heights with each other spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
Yab-Yum is the union of the Divine and human masculine and feminine within you. The Art of Yab-Yum is a series of movements, breaths, and infinity loops that create the highest aspect of sacred sexuality and open us to a deep awareness of sensuality. In Yab-Yum, the two lovers generate an energetic Vesica Pisces that re-creates the beginning of Creation, before opposites appeared. This Sacred Marriage of a Human Being with Divinity unifies all opposites. Lovemaking becomes a sacrament, a living ceremony of bliss, love, and power.
This sensual act allows and invites one to feel the entirety of Self and to connect with the other at the same time. The other is not seen as the goal, as one to be pleased, adapted to, or needed. Sensual expressions and affections between partners will become spacious and emotionally heightened. The desires of both souls are met by giving and receiving love freely, by relating to God and one another.
The body and sexuality are ways through which we experience duality and separation, as well as unity and love. In this Union, if there is true harmony and compatibility, then your evolution will accelerate exponentially, each of you receiving the deepest lesson/energy you need to complete the wholeness of yourself.
Yab-Yum allows the man to regenerate and strengthen himself, uniting his lightbodies into form. Yab-Yum allows the woman to embody the Goddess fully as she openly receives the man into her womb, her holy of holies. This sharing of soul-blueprints between you and your partner leads to deeper levels of true Intimacy, as flesh merges with flesh, and spirit with spirit. Yoni and lingam come together so totally that neither yoni or lingam are felt separately anymore: they become a unity. Souls come together, and no separation is felt in heart or womb. All of the man moves into all of the woman and is totally received, naturally and graciously. Woman feels totally safe and trusting in every way so she is able to open up completely. Both woman and man feel totally seen in this act. This bonding at all levels transcends physical, sexual, and spiritual programming about what we feel relationships are and should be.
In this there is no goal, doing, or getting, no effort. With the right person, it will just happen. The technique and method is a way to guide the innate energy of attraction that lies between these two destined lovers.
Holy Prayer
Beloved Mother-Father God. Please bring me the One I can experience Yab-Yum with. Please bring forth my holy, tantric companion that will meet me in every realm and dimension. Guide me to expand my sensory awareness, so I may truly love with the whole of my being. Soften and enrich my sensory perception so I may delight in your creations. Please help me clear and heal ALL that stands in the way of me achieving this in this lifetime. Please bring me the people, situations, environments, and healings so I can do this. Thank You!

Sacred Action
The Ceremony of Yab-Yum includes all parts of you and is the height of Mastery and Union with Self. Sexual energy becomes sublimated and refined in total sensuality. It becomes a carrier of light to achieve the activation of the new Divine Human.
Sit cross-legged facing your partner. Or sit in front of a full length mirror imagining that you are the beloved looking at your reflection in the mirror. See yourself the way the beloved would see you.
Bring your hands together in prayer pose and Namaste to each other from the heart. Look with love into your partner’s eyes and breathe this love into your heart and yoni/lingam. Become aware of every sense: sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell.
Start pelvic rocking together in harmony, in rhythm with each other (the man rocks forward, the woman rocks backwards), as the sensory awareness expands and intensifies. It can get quite ecstatic.
Breathe, give and receive this energy through your yoni/lingam and heart into your root/sacrum. How do you feel after a few minutes?
If it feels right for you, come into the fully penetrative posture. At this stage the woman would sit upon the man’s lap, with his lingam inside of her.
Continue to gaze into one another’s eyes as you breathe . . .
