About The Book

Bestselling cartoonist and animal expert Rosemary Mosco returns with a new collection of funny comics on the natural world––now with even more birds!

No binoculars needed for this delightful new comics collection combining weird science facts, adorable animals, sweet wit, and a strong environmental message. Drawn from the popular webcomic Bird and Moon, this beloved collected series “does for biology what xkcd does for math and Hark! A Vagrant does for history: pull out the humorous voice from a field not known for expressing itself with much gusto” (The Birdist).

This collection includes:
  • Author interview with Joshua Barkman of False Knees
  • Photography tips for wild birds
  • Conversation starters for pigeons
  • Questionable camouflage advice
  • Plus 5 new exclusive comics

Come to touch grass, stay to let the moss engulf you.
