About The Author

Beatrice was born and raised in Bologna, Italy, where she works as a freelance illustrator, author, and visual artist. After studying Fine Art Painting, she trained in Medical Illustration and Animation. In 2016, she left a 15-year career in graphic design to focus on children’s illustration. Her debut book as author/illustrator will be published by Emme Edizioni. She lives with her sassy black cat, Lapo, and is also a DJ with a growing vinyl collection.
