Christina Chaey is a writer and recipe developer who grew up racing home from school in time to watch The Barefoot Contessa on the Food Network. Her love for cooking took her into restaurant kitchens and eventually to Bon Appétit, where she became known for her healthy-meets-comforting recipes and was a star of the beloved YouTube series “From the Test Kitchen.” She has contributed to many publications including The New York Times Cooking, Bon Appétit, and Serious Eats.
