Fabienne Doucet

Fabienne is a Haitian-American author and researcher. An avid reader, writer, karaoke queen, and lifelong dancer, she writes stories that celebrate the lives and experiences of racially, linguistically, and culturally diverse children and families. When not writing stories for young children or practicing her salsa moves, Fabienne teaches future early childhood educators at New York University. She lives in New York City with her husband and their two amazing teenagers who are growing up way too fast.
