Mike Avila is the author of The Art and Making of Aquaman and is an Emmy Award-winning TV producer and journalist who has worked for NBC, CBS, ABC, to name just a few. As a digital journalist, he has covered the entertainment industry, writing about film, television, and comic books for outlets such as Yahoo, MSNBC.com, SFX and The Hollywood Reporter. His writing was also published in the book, Life's Little Mysteries.
