Nico Perrino

Nico Perrino is the executive vice president of the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) and the creator and host of So to Speak: The Free Speech Podcast. His writing has been featured in The Los Angeles Times, USA Today, Politico, The Boston Globe, and The Guardian, and he is a frequent commentator on television and radio on issues of free speech and civil liberties. He also codirected and served as senior producer of Mighty Ira (2020), the award-winning documentary chronicling the life and legacy of former ACLU executive director Ira Glasser.
