Sally Fallon Morell

Sally Fallon Morell is best known for her cookbook Nourishing Traditions (over 800,000 copies sold), which has sparked a return to traditional foods including butter, raw milk, bone broth, organ meats, sauerkraut and sourdough bread. Her other titles include the Nourishing Traditions Book of Baby & Child Care and the Nourishing Traditions Cookbook for Children. She is the founding president of the Weston A. Price Foundation (westonaprice.org) and founder of A Campaign for Real Milk (realmilk.com).
