Zeb Bolt and the Ember Scroll

In the thrilling finale to bestselling author Abi Elphinstone’s The Unmapped Chronicles, a young orphan rises up to stop the evil harpy Morg once and for all.

When runaway orphan Zebedee Bolt discovers four phoenix tears in an old abandoned theater, they transport him straight into the evil harpy Morg’s lair. As Morg manipulates him, Zeb must decide if he will help the harpy find the long-lost Ember Scroll that she needs to take over the Unmapped Kingdoms, or if he’ll band together with the people of Crackledawn to stop her.

Abi Elphinstone grew up in Scotland where she spent most of her childhood building dens, hiding in tree houses, and running wild across highland glens. After being coaxed out of her treehouse, she studied English at Bristol University and then worked as a teacher in Africa, Berkshire, and London. She is the author of the Dreamsnatcher trilogy and the Unmapped Chronicles, among other books for young readers, and the editor of anthology Winter Magic. When she’s not writing, Abi volunteers for the children’s literacy charity Coram Beanstalk, speaks in schools, and travels the world looking for her next story.
